Eligibility

• Buildings must have five or more units regardless of the number of stories
• New York State electricity distribution Applicants of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp., Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, National Grid, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation
• Buildings may contain nonresidential-related commercial space if that space does not consist of more than 50% of the gross heated square footage of the entire project
