Home : Multifamily (5+ Units) : New Construction : Building Owner/Manager : Eligibility

To be eligible for the Multifamily Performance Program the following criteria must be met:

The building must have five (5) or more units
The building must have a central heating or cooling system serving five (5) or more units OR common area access to at least five (5) or more units
Electricity must provided by one of the following utilities:
- Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation
- Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc.
- New York State Electric and Gas Corporation
- National Grid
- Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation
- Orange and Rockland Utilities Inc.
