Build any size or style home to New York ENERGY STAR Standards.

Eligibility for the program depends on New York State homeowners receiving their electricity from one of the following utilities:

• Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation
• Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc.
• New York State Electric and Gas Corporation
• National Grid
• Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation
• Orange and Rockland Utilities Inc.
